Maternity photo session is a perfect way to capture your special period of your life, that sweet anticipation of a new baby and to celebrate how your body changes.
I photograph maternity photo sessions in Vogue style, with lots of flying fabrics and simple classic silhouettes! Every mummy will look and feel gorgeous – you are growing a new human inside, you absolutely deserve a VIP treatment!
WHEN TO BOOK YOUR PHOTO SESSION?
Best time for a maternity photo session is between 26-32 weeks of pregnancy – your tummy will be prominent enough, yet it won’t be too difficult for you to pose for a couple of hours. The very last month or two you may start feeling uncomfortable, and this will absolutely show on the images, so don’t delay, book after your 20 week scan.
Should you wish to have more boudoir or nude style maternity photos, perhaps it’s wise to come a little earlier around 25-27 weeks, so the tummy looks the most round and figure will look the most feminine and flattering.
WHAT TO BRING FROM HOME?
Not than much as most things I do provide for you. But the following items would be the most helpful:
-Set of black underwear
-Set of white underwear
-Set of nude underwear (that is a tone darker than your skin)
-Nude coloured hills – they extend your legs visually.
-Husband’s shirt (for semi casual look)
-Any casual outfits that you would like to wear

ADVANTAGES OF MATERNITY PHOTO SESSION IN A STUDIO
- We are not dependent of weather– we will not need to reschedule due to rain (you know how unpredictable the weather might be in England, right?)
- The light is always good – I use professional studio lighting and know how to use it to make every woman look gorgeous
- We are alone in the studio, so we won’t be collecting some random spectators of your maternity photo session, so you feel the most comfortable
- Studio provides refreshments, drinks and snacks – I remember how fatigue you may feel absolutely suddenly – so you can always take a break
- We can invite a makeup artist right before your photo session, so you start your pampering session early and make the whole day out of it!
I work with Sarah Byambajav who will is absolutely amazing at what she does, and will make you look and feel like a Greek Goddess.
